Do I need both a cover letter and resume to apply for a position?

A cover letter is a great way to include details about yourself that your resume does not provide. It helps to set you apart and to compare your experience against others. It is useful to include both a cover letter and resume in your application.

Who should I address my cover letter to?

Your cover letter should be addressed to the Hiring Manager.

If I am interested in multiple opportunities, do I have to apply for each position individually?

Can I apply for a position past the application deadline date?

No, you will not be able to apply after the application deadline as that position will no longer be available online. We do not accept late applications.

Do you accept unsolicited applications or applications for positions that are not currently available on the Careers Page?

No, we do not keep applications on file, and they will not be reviewed for future postings. The applications are only accepted and assessed for the positions that are posted on our Careers Page.

How can I find the status of my application?

You will receive an automatic notification once you have submitted your application. If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted using the email or phone number you have provided in your application by our Human Resources team. Please note: If you are not selected in the screening process, you will not receive further correspondence.

What can I expect in a written assignment?

The format of the written assignment will depend on the opportunity you have applied for – you may be asked to answer a set of questions, read information and write a short report to summarize it, etc.
